Last Friday I had a good day fishing southern mn. Biggest fish was a shade under 24 inches and missing the top of his tale. I went again 4 days later and caught him again. This time I snapped a quick pic of him in the water and popped the hook out so as not to stress him.

I have caught Frank the Fish 5 times.
He always releases me.
At the worst time too.

Frankly, he seemed to have little, if any, concern over the stress he caused me!😵

I'm honored to have caught this guy twice.

Looking forward to see if he's still around this summer. I'm hoping he's grown a few more inches.

Nice fish!! My son caught a nice sized trout last June that was pretty banged up. I just compared the pictures and there is a striking resemblance but not the same fish.

Several years ago, during a trip to Montana, I caught the same trout 3 times during a ten day period. She did refuse my hopper pattern on the third episode, so I switched to an ant. Apparently, she wasn't totally stupid.
