Well, the leaves are startin to change and the lake run fishies are stretchin their legs.

Squatchette was pumped for her first ever attempt at trout fishing.(and her first time ever using an open face spinning reel). The weather shamans had blessed us with clouds and light rain, the poor scaly basterds never even saw it coming.

It started off slow, just a few 10 inch resident browns fuckin around. But after Squatchette had dialed in her casting by tossing her lure into my dreadlocks a time or two, things started gettin hawt.

We came to a giant dark hole and i casted a dozen times into it...nothing. Then Squatchette tossed a few.... BANG!!!! Fish on! Her rod doubled over and we both started screaming.. Jump, jump!!She fought this giant brown and got it into the shallows where i could finally pounce upon it. Her first trout ever!

How the hell do i post pics? This whole thread is phucked since tinypic went down.

Get that thing posted in here - Imgur works.

Saw it on Instagram and it should definitely be shared here.

And that better be a lake run or I just flat out quit this. Flapper

Amazing first trout.
